30 Minutes a Day

Being active can be as simple as spending time on the things you already do such as gardening or walking the dog. Check out the details below for programs, gyms, pools and sport clubs and active spaces in the Murraylands you might like to try.
Australian adults are encouraged to be active daily:
- Think of movement as an opportunity, not an inconvenience
- Be active every day in as many ways as you can
- Put together at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity on most, preferably all days
- If you can, also enjoy some regular, vigorous activity for extra health and fitness
