Andrew ‘Cosi’ Costello

Cosi is proud to be an ambassador working with the team at Healthy Murraylands to encourage local Murraylands residents to follow in his active footsteps. He hosted a successful Fun Run in the area on 1 December 2011 and appeared at the Karoonda Farm Fair in March 2012.

Cosi is part of the furniture in South Australia; he has been in the media for over 11 years in breakfast radio previously on SAFM and now Triple M. He now has his very own TV Show called ‘South Aussie with Cosi’ which launched 26 November on Channel 9 at 5:30pm.
Cosi was a contestant on the national TV show 'The Biggest Loser' in 2008. He lost an amazing amount of weight by eating healthy and being physically active.
What many people don’t know is Cosi was born and bred right here in the Murraylands. He attended St Joseph's College in Murray Bridge and later became a pig farmer at Brinkley. He visits his grandmother who still lives in the area. Cosi has three children and is very much the family man. His main motivation to lose weight was to be a better father to his energetic children.
